Seeking a Technical Sales Representative for the Mid-Atlantic region (MD/DC/DE/VA), preferably based in Maryland/DC.
Salary ranges from $100k-$200k+ for established reps.
This role involves promoting engineered wood and structural systems within the AEC community, building long-term relationships, influencing project specifications, and supporting framing solutions from concept to completion.
Responsibilities include specifying systems, conducting presentations, developing bids, educating stakeholders, tracking activities via CRM, and representing the company at industry events.
Candidates should have industry knowledge, blueprint reading skills, excellent communication, and a relevant degree or experience. Willingness to travel within the territory is required.
