Seeking a Mid-Level Technical Specialist to develop and support Advanced Planning Documents (APDs) for the NC Medicaid MES Program in Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities include leading APD meetings, reviewing and drafting CMS submissions, and collaborating with stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and offices to ensure compliance with CMS and state requirements.
Must have
- 5+ years of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical writing,
- expertise in Medicaid Eligibility, NC FAST, or HHS policies,
- proficiency with project tools like MS Project, Teams, Zoom,
- and
- strong communication skills.
- Highly desired: 3+ years in Medicaid-related roles and prior experience with RFPs, RFIs, or grants.
