This role offers extensive training as a Recruiter Trainee, progressing to a full recruiter responsible for sourcing and placing top IT talent.
Responsibilities include building client and candidate relationships, developing sourcing strategies using AI tools, providing career coaching, and negotiating compensation packages.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for networking and performance-based environments.
