DenaliTEK is seeking a talented, dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is eager to learn, and is committed to enriching our reactive support services. This role includes both onsite and remote support responsibilities, ensuring you gain hands-on experience across diverse settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support to end-users via phone, remote tools, and onsite visits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Document support cases and contribute to a knowledge base of technical solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed to ensure timely resolutions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- A strong passion for computers, networking, and IT problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and take initiative.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and network fundamentals.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus!
- A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Eager to build a career in IT with a company that values growth and trust.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients in various environments.
