We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Technical Trainer/Tester to support workforce development through designing and delivering technical training programs and conducting application testing.
- Conduct training needs assessments, develop training content, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Create and deliver training sessions for various skill levels, preparing materials and gathering feedback for improvements.
- Develop and manage test plans for applications, collaborate with business teams, and create test cases to ensure functionality readiness.
- Analyze applications, document issues, and develop reference materials for user support.
Qualifications include strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with technical training. A degree in IT, Business Systems, Education, or related experience, plus at least two years in a similar role, are preferred.
