This role requires a BS in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in software documentation.
- Responsibilities include identifying target audiences, drafting, editing, and organizing user documentation using advanced tools, and ensuring compliance with document governance and security policies.
- Candidate will elicit SME content, manage workflows, review content, and prepare publications for local and cloud-based systems.
- They will develop operational, process, and release documents, conduct interviews for data gathering, and create multi-format deliverables for internal and customer audiences.
- Participation in agile ceremonies and QA, along with superb writing, grammar, and adherence to style guides, is essential. Cloud certification is strongly preferred.
