Job description:
  • At least 3 years relevant experience required.
  • Assist Systems Analysts and Business Analysts by collecting information through interviews and draft documents
  • Compile data collected into policy, procedural, or technical documents
  • Collect revision requests and perform revisions on existing documentation
  • Develop flow, ladder, and other types of Visio diagrams
  • Establish format requirements for various types of documentation
  • Create templates Qualifications & Competencies: Expert in MS Word, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat Knowledge and experience with SharePoint beneficial
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written Strong organizational skills
  • Organized; able to track and meet multiple deadlines
  • Able to interpret and understand technical subject matter
  • Ability to work well with subject matter experts to gather information for documents.
