Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, active NATO or higher security clearance, 5+ years of experience capturing technical requirements, writing and reviewing contract documents, and working with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, familiarity with procurement/regulations, proficiency in Microsoft tools, and willingness to work onsite are required. Travel restrictions should be minimal, and the candidate must be able to develop good stakeholder relationships and support process standardization.
