Seeking a contract Technical Writer for 6 months (potential for direct hire), working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
This role involves documenting SOPs and work instructions for SAP-enabled and non-SAP processes across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, and Manufacturing operations, with a focus on reducing lead workload and supporting transition from legacy systems to new platforms.
Responsibilities include developing and updating process documentation, collaborating with SMEs, translating processes into clear documentation, and supporting UAT, training, and go-live activities.
Qualifications include 3+ years of technical writing experience, knowledge of operational workflows, and experience with process documentation. Preferences include SAP and ETQ system experience, familiarity with solar manufacturing, and Mandarin language skills.
Deliverables encompass SOPs, work instructions, process guides, job aids, and documentation for system transitions and operational readiness.
