Seeking a Technical Writer Lead with 8+ years of experience in engineering or IT, capable of producing and managing detailed technical documentation such as MIL-STD 38784 Technical Orders, TSIPs, and CDRLs.
Responsibilities include creating, editing, and coordinating technical content, facilitating reviews and certification events, supporting configuration management, and assisting with proposals and process improvements.
Qualifications include U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance, proficiency in MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and familiarity with CMMI and ISO standards.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, diplomacy, and minimal supervision are essential.
Position is full-time, based in Ashburn/Remote, with travel (~20%) required.
