Collaborates with engineering, QA, and support teams to ensure documentation aligns with product development.
Proficiency in organizing information, designing visual aids, and managing content systems is essential.
Must possess excellent writing, technical aptitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Experience with tools like MadCap Flare, Oxygen XML, and CMS is preferred.
Documents produced include user manuals, installation guides, online help, and FAQs.
