Responsibilities include developing, editing, and updating manuals to meet industry standards and safety protocols, supporting training materials, and organizing content using authoring tools and CMS.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, or related field, 3+ years of experience, proficiency with authoring tools, and familiarity with technical schematics and standards such as ASHRAE and UL/ETL.
