They will create, maintain, and improve technical documentation such as system guides, user manuals, API docs, and SOPs.
Key duties include collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, translating complex concepts for diverse audiences, managing documentation standards, and reviewing content for quality.
The ideal candidate has experience in software/IT environments, strong writing skills, familiarity with Agile, and knowledge of documentation tools like Confluence and Jira.
Nice-to-have skills include Kubernetes automation, Ansible, security standards, and troubleshooting skills.
