We are seeking a Coating Technician for our Wixom, MI facility to work on the 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm).
In this role, you will operate and perform daily checks on coating-related equipment, including coating, degassing, cleaning, blasting, and stripping systems, ensuring safe and efficient production.
Your Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and co-workers in a friendly manner
- Maintain 6S standards
- Operate SAP for post operations and order checks
- Prepare and load batches, perform fixture maintenance, and clean fixtures
- Complete task logs with batch information
- Operate and perform checks on stripping and blasting systems, support service techs as needed
Your Profile:
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work 2nd shift and lift up to 44lbs
- Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and energetic
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Basic technical knowledge and reliable attendance
