We are seeking a Technician (Press Set-Up) for our powder metal division in Geneva, IL, responsible for setting up and troubleshooting powder metal presses, tooling, and processes on the first shift.
Key duties include machine setup, calibration, inspection approval, minor repairs, monitoring SPC and production, performing density checks, and assisting with preventative maintenance. The role requires reading blueprints, using precision measuring instruments, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 4 years of machining or grinding experience, and skills in forklift operation and tool and die work.
