Our client, a leading manufacturer in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. They are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in logistics or trucking operations.

About You:
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or trucking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proficient in route optimization and transportation management systems.
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

About the Job:
  • Schedule and coordinate daily pickups and deliveries via phone and email.
  • Communicate proactively with customers about order status and potential delays.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all shipments.
  • Manage customer pickup requests and scheduling.
  • Utilize DAT and carrier-specific load boards to source backhauls to NJ/PA/NY and maintain strong carrier relationships.

Our client is seeking a proactive and personable professional to support their Logistics department. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering up to $30 per hour during the contract period and up to $65,000 annually upon conversion, depending on experience.
