Our client located just outside of Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Temporary Human Resources Assistant for their team!

Your qualifications for the Temporary Human Resources Assistant position are as follows:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in an HR setting
  • Professional written/verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong technical computer skills and experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Paylocity is a plus)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
Benefits you will receive as the Temporary Human Resources Assistant:
 
  • $22-$24/hour, depending on experience
  • Some schedule flexibility
For the Temporary Human Resources Assistant position your duties will include:
 
  • Answer phones
  • Assist employees with HR-related questions
  • Organize and maintain personnel files
  • Update policy documents and employee handbook
  • Support HR team with other tasks and special projects as assigned
