Our client located just outside of Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Temporary Human Resources Assistant for their team!
Your qualifications for the Temporary Human Resources Assistant position are as follows:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in an HR setting
- Professional written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Strong technical computer skills and experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Paylocity is a plus)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Benefits you will receive as the Temporary Human Resources Assistant:
- $22-$24/hour, depending on experience
- Some schedule flexibility
For the Temporary Human Resources Assistant position your duties will include:
- Answer phones
- Assist employees with HR-related questions
- Organize and maintain personnel files
- Update policy documents and employee handbook
- Support HR team with other tasks and special projects as assigned
