This position facilitates the coordination of surgical assets and inventory to meet all surgical requirements.
Works closely with sales, surgical teams, operating room staff, and biomedical personnel to track and move sets efficiently.
Collaborates with the Field Operations Manager and customer service to plan daily inventory routes and ensure proper documentation using systems like Trello.
Adheres to hospital policies during set pickup/drop-off, maximizes consignment utilization, and maintains vehicle and equipment, including swapping torque wrenches biannually.
Manages expiration dates, replenishes sets, inspects trays, and tracks return shipments, reporting lost items promptly.
Transports sets between hospitals, supports inter-field transfers, and maintains knowledge of instrument and implant systems through OEM training.
Troubleshoots and resolves product issues quickly, provides on-call support, and performs additional assigned duties as needed.
