This position facilitates surgical asset and inventory coordination to meet all surgical needs.
It collaborates with the Field Operations Manager, sales team, surgeons, operating room staff, and biomedical personnel to track and move inventory efficiently.
Responsibilities include planning daily routes, documenting movements via Trello or similar systems, adhering to hospital policies, and maximizing consigned set utilization.
Additional duties involve maintaining vehicle and equipment, managing expiration dates, tracking replenishments, inspecting trays, and logging return details.
The role requires transporting sets between hospitals, supporting inter-field transfers, and staying informed on instrument and implant systems through OEM training.
It also involves troubleshooting product issues, providing on-call support, and performing related tasks as assigned.
