Our agency is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new territory through face-to-face business visits, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
Position Overview:
- Conduct outside sales in your assigned territory, receiving comprehensive training to connect with small and medium-sized businesses.
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
- Utilize our CRM to generate leads, build relationships, and expand your network.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and maintain client portfolios.
- Collaborate with team members to set sales goals and track activity.
- Plan weekly schedules, record daily stats, and follow up on referral leads.
Qualifications:- Background check, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
- State insurance license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
- Degree or relevant work experience; athletic or sales background considered.
