Our agency is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new territory through face-to-face client visits and new business acquisition.
Position Overview:
You will conduct direct outside sales, targeting small and medium-sized businesses, with comprehensive training provided. Your goal is to present supplemental insurance products, build relationships with business owners and benefits managers, and grow your client portfolio.
Core Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM to generate leads and expand your network
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
- Schedule meetings and understand client needs
- Visit businesses, develop relationships, and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with team managers on sales targets
- Plan weekly schedules and record daily activities
- Build and nurture your client base
Qualifications:- Background check, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
- Active health & life insurance license or willingness to obtain
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
