The Testing Coordinator / Release Management Specialist supports testing and release activities for the MEDES Program under Project II, ensuring successful deployment of DDI and M&O releases across benefit systems.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities, manage test cases, and oversee defect triage.
- Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
- Manage release schedules, document testing processes, and provide status reports.
- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in testing and release management, familiarity with healthcare or eligibility systems, strong project coordination skills, and excellent communication. Experience with Cúram, Informatica, ESB, and public sector or healthcare IT projects is preferred.
