We are seeking a Third Shift Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse functions during the night shift, including order picking, palletizing, and truck loading for deliveries.
- Supervise staff of up to 3 forklift and order operators to ensure safety and productivity.
- Ensure proper receipt, tagging, and storage of inventory using warehouse technology.
- Maintain safety standards, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with management to improve efficiency and meet operational goals.
- Ensure staff complete training and adhere to safety protocols.
- Operate forklift and manage warehouse logistics under tight deadlines.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years warehouse or management experience; industry knowledge preferred. Must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to work nights. Skills include forklift operation, inventory management, and effective communication.
