The Training Facilitator role in Troy, MI is a long-term contract within the Project Management & OCM - Finance Continuous Improvement team.
Reporting to the Training Manager, the successful candidate will schedule, deliver, and facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for the Dayforce HCM system across 37 North American divisions.
Responsibilities include creating engaging training content, collaborating with teams to align learning with readiness metrics, updating training materials, and acting as a subject matter expert in training delivery.
Ideal candidates will have post-secondary education or certifications in Adult Learning, 2-3 years of experience in training delivery, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office365.
Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS/HCM systems is a plus.
Travel within Canada and the USA may be required.
