Qualifications and responsibilities for this Transportation Design Project Manager position include:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed in Colorado or ability to obtain it.
- 10+ years of experience, including 6+ in project management and business development.
- Expertise in Transportation Design, with knowledge in Drainage, Structures, Traffic, and/or Roadway.
- Proven leadership in managing complex transportation projects and teams, overseeing up to 5-6 people.
- Experience with CDOT and local agencies.
- Proficiency in Bentley products (Open Roads Designer/ORD) and Bluebeam.
- Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Manage business development, strategic pursuits, and proposal leadership.
- Supervise and develop staff while overseeing department operations.
- Build and maintain client relationships, identifying long-term growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies with measurable success metrics.
Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
