Performs material sampling, field testing, and surveying duties, and manages traffic control inspections.
Assists property owners, addresses public concerns, and supports emergency operations.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or related field plus one year of experience; involves outdoor work, travel, and potential extended hours during emergencies.
