About The Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night (NOC) Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Preferred License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Epic Charting Proficiency, Chemo administration skills Description: This position requires working on a night shift schedule. The unit primarily deals with common diagnoses and treatments including cancer, anemia, neuro, and CVA conditions. The nurse will be responsible for a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 to 5 or 1 to 6 depending on the unit's needs. The unit comprises 42 beds. The role requires floating to specified areas as needed in the nurse's skillset. Participation in the weekend schedule is required, working every other weekend. The required scrub color for this position is navy blue. Experience with Epic charting is necessary for documentation purposes.
