What You'll Do:

• 
  
• Resolve conflicts with finesse, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Communicate confidently with everyone, from plant managers to subcontractors.
• Uphold top-notch standards, exceeding client expectations every time.
• Adapt on the fly, working from sketches or photos to solve challenges.
• Embrace technical tasks, from HVAC to conduit installations.
• Hold OSHA 30, forklift, and lift certifications (a plus).

Requirements:

• 
  
• 2 years of commercial/industrial construction experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Accountability and attention to detail.
