A professional services firm in downtown Austin seeks a polished, hospitality-minded Receptionist / Front Desk Concierge for a temp-to-hire role.
Pay: $20/hour, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm onsite.
Location: Austin, TX 78703.
In this role, you'll greet visitors, support meetings, manage common areas, coordinate with facilities and security, handle supplies, and perform light administrative tasks.
This fast-paced position requires proactive, warm individuals who take pride in details.
Responsibilities include welcoming guests, supporting meetings, conducting floor walks, managing packages, assisting employees, and handling access controls.
Candidates need 3+ years in hospitality, concierge, or client-facing roles, with strong communication, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor. Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand for long periods is required. A high school diploma is necessary.
