Seeking an Underwriting Assistant for a hybrid role in Fort Wayne, Indiana, supporting the Leisure business group within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities include gathering documents for underwriting submissions, preparing renewal files, summarizing data for underwriters, processing client transactions, and assisting with underwriting projects.
Required skills: 1-3 years of commercial insurance experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a property & casualty license (preferred, to be obtained within three months).
Education: Associates degree or equivalent industry experience.
