We are seeking a skilled Grinder (Manual) for a 1st shift role focused on setup and machining. This position requires experience in low-volume machining, operating grinders, and ensuring high precision and surface finish quality.
Key responsibilities include operating grinders with universal and surface capabilities, using micrometers and dial indicators to achieve accurate dimensions, interpreting complex blueprints, maintaining equipment and workspace cleanliness, and collaborating with engineering and tooling teams.
Qualifications include prior grinder operation experience, strong blueprint reading and basic shop math skills, and familiarity with tight tolerance machining.
