Required skills include a Bachelor's degree, proven UX design experience, proficiency with wireframing tools like Sketch and Invision, and strong problem-solving abilities. You should be empathetic, organized, and capable of translating business needs into digital solutions. Excellent communication skills and collaboration with engineers and product teams are essential.
