- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver compelling, technically feasible solutions.
- Conduct usability and accessibility testing, iterate designs, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, aligning designs with project milestones.
- Contribute to scalable design systems by developing reusable components.
- Stay updated on UX best practices, accessibility, and emerging trends.
Basic qualifications include a strong UX portfolio, experience with design systems, and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications involve familiarity with the rail industry, enterprise applications, and usability testing tools.
