Seeking a Utility Technician to support multiple departments including furniture, signage, and conference services.
Responsible for room setups, furniture installation, removal, and storage, as well as hanging items and installing boards.
Maintain daily logs, keep work areas clean, and assist with inventory and material requests.
Operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, and perform occasional floor work such as carpet cleaning and dusting.
Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, 2+ years in custodial or maintenance roles, experience with floor care machinery, and ability to lift at least 35 lbs.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with compensation between $18.00-$19.00/hour.
Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
