Seeking a Utility Technician responsible for supporting multiple departments including furniture setup, maintenance, and installation tasks.
Responsibilities include responding to room setup requests, installing and removing cork & white boards, hanging pictures and banners, assembling furniture, and operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
Additional duties involve tracking work hours, maintaining a clean workspace, managing inventory, and supporting special projects such as carpet cleaning and high dusting.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of custodial or maintenance experience, proficiency with floor care machinery, the ability to lift 35 lbs, and strong communication skills.
Work hours are Sunday-Thursday, 3:00pm-11:30pm, with compensation ranging from $15.00-$16.00/hour. The role requires flexibility, initiative, and teamwork.
