Seeking a Utility Technician to support multiple departments including furniture, signage, and conference services.
Responsibilities include responding to room setup requests, installing and removing cork and whiteboards, hanging pictures and banners, assembling furniture, and maintaining work areas.
Additional duties involve tracking work hours, locating materials in inventory, operating equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, and performing occasional floor cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, at least 2 years of custodial or maintenance experience, proficiency with floor care machinery, and the ability to lift 35 lbs.
Shifts vary from day and night schedules, with compensation between $15.50-$16.00 per hour.
