Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in custodial or maintenance work, experience with floor care machinery, and ability to lift at least 35 lbs. Flexibility and effective communication are essential.
Shift options vary, with pay ranging from $15.50 to $16.00 per hour. The role requires working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and being detail-oriented.
