Seeking a Utility Technician to support various departments such as Cork & White, Lock & Key, Furniture Warehouse, Signage, and Conference Services.
Responsibility includes room setups, furniture delivery and removal, installing/removing cork and whiteboards, hanging pictures and banners, and assembling furniture.
The role involves maintaining tools, tracking work, and supporting maintenance tasks like carpet cleaning and high dusting.
Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, 2+ years in custodial or maintenance work, experience operating floor care machinery, and the ability to lift at least 35 lbs.
This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with compensation between $18.00-$19.00/hour.
