About You
You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary hospital. You’re comfortable managing multi-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Your Experience & Skills
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Previous experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic is preferred.
· Working knowledge of veterinary hospital services and the species treated.
· Familiarity with pet care products, including food, retail items, and medications.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Ability to provide professional, courteous service to clients and team members.
· Able to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in payments, data entry, and records.
· Comfort using computers, phones, and practice management software.
· Understanding of employee handbook and hospital policies.
