Family Pet Hospital is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced veterinary team. If you thrive in a busy environment, love animals, and enjoy being the welcoming face of a practice, we’d love to meet you!

This can be a Full or Part-Time position, and availability is needed Monday-Friday with the option to add Saturdays to your schedule-not required!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
  • Maintain accurate records and handle payments
  • Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized

Minimum Qualifications & Skillset:
