Seeking a highly organized Manager of Video Operations to streamline and scale video production workflows within a dynamic creative environment.
- Own end-to-end operational frameworks, including intake, prioritization, delivery, and reporting.
- Partner with creative leadership to define processes, manage budgets, vendors, and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and KPIs to optimize efficiency and predictability.
- Serve as operational escalation point, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement continuous improvements with emerging AI tools.
- Require 8-12+ years in video or creative operations, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive, data-driven mindset.
Preferred experience with AI workflows, global teams, and project management tools.
