The Video Production Coordinator position is responsible for assisting the Public Relations Team with the daily task of promoting the organization’s brand messages via content creation for traditional and digital media outlets. The Video Production Coordinator will do this primarily through the creation of video assets designed for social media use but will also assist in development and of photography assets, collateral design, and social media content creation. 
The person who fulfills this position understands that all photography and video assets captured, and all content created and produced in original or edited version are the property of Southeastern College and may be used by Southeastern College or its partners for marketing efforts at any time in the future.
•Capture video and photo content that demonstrates what the educational experience is like for Southeastern College students.
•Film, edit and produce video content in various styles and lengths for use on social media channels.
•Ensure filming and production schedules are followed in conjunction with departmental content calendars
•Capture evergreen photos and videos of campus spaces, classrooms, labs, instructors, staff, students etc.
•Effectively manage storage of all photo/video/graphic assets created and captured.
•Write, develop, and schedule social media posts utilizing above mentioned creative assets.
•Write, develop, and produce original content for Southeastern’ s digital media channels including, but not limited to Google, Niche, Yelp, etc.  
•Assist with editing of graphics and imagery for social media use.

•Bachelor’s degree in digital video production, digital photography, graphic arts, electronic journalism, advertising, graphic design, or similar degree program
•Experience operating photo and video capturing equipment (digital cameras, lighting kits, microphones, green screen, etc.)  
This is a full time position that requires daytime availability, with the potential for evenings and weekends.
