As for all the positions in SightCall, our Senior Developer should have a very technical mindset and will have:

• At least 2 years of experience as a full stack developer

- Curiosity in the fields of Generative AI and Computer Vision
- Knowledge or experience about Gen AI and RAG architecture is a plus.

Front-end:

• Familiarity with ReactJS for developing basic user interfaces.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to assist with minor front-end tasks and integrations as needed.

Back-end:

• Skills in Python for server-side development and libraries.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs for building backend services and integrations.
• Experience with managing PostgreSQL databases, including query optimization and data handling.

Tools and Methodologies:

• Experience with GitLab for source control management, CI/CD.
• Experience with JIRA for agile project management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Self-driven and capable of taking full ownership of tasks, from design to completion.

As a plus skills:

• Experience with FastAPI, Swagger, pgvector, Azure OpenAI Connectors, Hugging Face, Ruby, Factory Design Pattern.
