Requirements: 10+ years in sales or distribution, strong relationship management, industry certifications (Series 7, 63, 65/66, 24), expertise in life and annuity products, excellent communication, and willingness to travel 50%+.
Preferred: Master's degree and industry designations (CLU®, ChFC®, CFP®).
