The Warehouse Associate is an entry-level role primarily working in inbound or outbound warehouse departments. Success depends on integrity, a strong work ethic, quick learning, and the ability to follow directions, with opportunities for advancement.
Employees spend about 75% of their time in their designated department, with the remaining 25% working in other areas as needed based on workload. As they grow, their primary responsibility may shift to different departments.
Responsibilities include: providing customer support, safely loading/unloading trucks, scanning equipment, checking for missing items, counting supplies, verifying signatures, reshelving equipment, preparing orders with attention to detail, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and following company policies.
While the role does not involve supervision, employees operate in a warehouse setting, requiring physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional climbing stairs.
This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including potential long hours and weekends during busy periods.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Preferred qualifications include basic knowledge of AV equipment, experience in live event production, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
