Schedule: Monday \u2013 Friday | Must be flexible for overtime
About the Role:
Partners Personnel is seeking reliable General Labor associates for a motorcycle distribution facility in Riverside, CA. This role involves hands-on work with motorcycles and requires basic knowledge of power tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely use power tools to remove motorcycle headlights and other designated parts
Inspect, handle, and prepare parts for storage or shipment
Perform general labor duties including packing, labeling, and organizing inventory
Assist with loading/unloading and staging materials as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow company safety standards and supervisor instructions at all times
Requirements:
Experience using power tools (required)
Must be able to lift 30\u201350 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and twisting for extended periods
Prior warehouse, general labor, or automotive experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Steel-toe shoes required
