Seeking a Permanent, Full-Time Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Technician Lead in Lancaster, PA, offering $20.98/hour plus $1.00/hour additional pay on a rotating schedule from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Schedules alternate weekly: Sun, Wed, Thu one week and Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat the next.
Responsibilities include checking in/out truck drivers, coordinating inbound/outbound loads, assigning dock doors, verifying documentation, resolving inventory discrepancies, assisting with scheduling, updating reports, and communicating with customers.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, strong PC skills, warehouse management system experience preferred, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
