Warehouse Dispatcher 2nd Shift

• Dispatching jobs on orders by scanning item by item.
• Communicate to Lead and/or Supervisor of repetitive mistakes found.
• Maintain Work area clean, and safe Must know basic computer skills to learn Dispatch in IdOne.
• Must have knowledge of warehouse fundamentals and knowledge of basic mathematics.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Verifies boxes quantities.
• Verify correct SKU labels are on the bags to assure accuracy of the order.
• Uses Scanner to scan item by item to ensure correct product and quantities are been Dispatched.
• Communicate to Lead and/or Supervisor of repetitive mistakes found.
• Verifying correct information on labels and paperwork.
• Follow documented work instructions for job.
• Maintains clean work area.
• Follows all safety and company policies.
• Any other responsibilities directed by the Supervisor.
• Contact with Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Service, Laser, Accounting and Packing departments.
• Must be able to work in a un-air conditioned warehouse on a continued basis.
• Must be able to work alone frequently, as well as with others.
• Aptitudes: Ability to communicate, ability to make simple calculations, good vision and organize logically.
• Temperament: Must be able to observe prescribed safety standards, work well with people.
• Commitment to shipping only quality products.
