Key Responsibilities
· Check In and Label Materials
o Verify that all materials are accurately labeled with the correct job number.
o Notify the appropriate Project Manager (PM) of all deliveries and quantities received.
· Material Handling and Logistics
o Drop off and pick up materials as needed to support field operations.
o Return unused project materials to the warehouse and ensure proper documentation.
· Vehicle Inspections and Fleet Management
o Conduct routine vehicle inspections, ensuring both interior and exterior cleanliness.
o Inspect for and report any damage or maintenance issues.
o Manage fleet service schedules, including oil changes, recall notices, tires, and other routine maintenance.
o Verify that all company vehicles have current tags and registration.
o Ensure GPS units are functioning properly on all company vehicles.
o Confirm that each vehicle contains up-to-date towing and insurance information.
o Maintain adequate truck stock in each vehicle.
· Tool and Equipment Management
o Ensure all tools are checked in and returned to the tool cage after use.
o Obtain approval from Critical Peake leadership prior to purchasing any tools.
· Fleet Recordkeeping
o Ensure that all vehicle sign-outs are properly recorded in the vehicle logbook.
· Other Duties
o Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Required
o Valid driver’s license and clean diving record.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
o Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
o Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and materials used in the electrical trade.
· Preferred
o Prior warehouse, construction, or fleet management experience.
o Familiarity with vehicle maintenance scheduling and recordkeeping.
o Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or inventory management systems.
