Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves managing sales activities and providing exceptional customer service in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Sales Support: Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized sales area.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or warehouse sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for transaction processing.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
